29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Procedures were not developed for Trumpf laser operators and maintenance employees when entering the material handling area to perform servicing and maintenance tasks: a. On or about September 17, 2021, a maintenance employee entered the material handling area to adjust slat bolts on index table. b. On or about September 17, 2021, and October 19, 2021, laser operators entered the material handling area to clean the index table slats. c. On or about October 01, 2021, to October 08, 2021, laser operators entered the material handling area to replace index table slats. d. On or about September 17, 2021, laser operators entered the material handling area to perform cleaning activities.
