29 CFR 1910.165(e):Manually operated actuation devices for use in conjunction with employee alarms were not unobstructed, conspicuous and readily accessible. On or about September 17, 2021 and at times prior thereto, a product display placed by the employer obstructed the pull down fire alarm, exposing employees to the delay of being notified of fire hazards.
