29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that employees on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet or more above a lower level were protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall protection system. (a) On or about 9/8/2021 � 900 Huntsville Avenue, Birmingham, AL 35217, in the production area at the Mud Car, employees such as Lutes/Oven Door Mudders were exposed to a fall hazard between 7-9 feet from the mud car to a concrete surface.
