29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(ii): An employee(s) operating an aerial lift(s) was not properly trained: a) Jobsite 319 South Street, Northborough, MA on or about September 8, 2021, an employee operating a Nifty SD64 aerial lift for tree trimming operations had not received training in safe operations and made familiar with the manufacturer's manual, especially those parts which relate to operation, maintenance, and safety of aerial devices. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
