29 CFR 1918.5(b): The employer did not train each affected employee in a manner required by a standard, therefore each failure to provide training to an employee was considered a separate violation. A) Delaware River Stevedores, Balzano Marine Terminal- Camden, NJ: The employer did not ensure that each employee who was engaged in hazardous operations, such as but not limited to disembarking cargo from public (commercial) shipping vessels were trained to identify, avoid and or correct hazards. Incident occurred on March 26, 2021.
