A) Delaware River Stevedores, Balzano Marine Terminal- Camden, NJ: The employer did not ensure that each employee who was engaged in hazardous operations, such as but not limited to disembarking cargo from public (commercial) shipping vessels were trained to identify, avoid and or correct hazards. Incident occurred on March 26, 2021.
