29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that employees with normal vision could see along the exit route: On or about September 7, 2021, in the event of an emergency, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards while exiting the building through the Conditioning Tower north stairs because they were not equipped with emergency battery powered lighting.
