29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Barracks Bldg. 5697 Exterior Spider Box 125377: Employee(s) used the spider box for temporary power to power tools and equipment. The black 50 Foot 50A 250V single-phase spider box cord end connected to the spider box was found with the strain relief pulled exposing the inner wires. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazard(s)
