29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: a. On or about August 23, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing work on a monopole "monopine" telecommunication tower accessed the tower by transitioning from an aerial lift by stepping onto the midrail of the aerial lift and then stepping out onto a mount on the tower. The procedure for the transition from the aerial lift to the tower was not documented by the foreman on the Master Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
