29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(ii)(E): Each qualified employee was not trained and competent in the recognition of electrical hazards to which the employee may be exposed and the skills and techniques necessary to control or avoid these hazards: (a) On or about 8/31/2021 - 7313 Johns Road, Adger, AL 35006, at Utility Pole # 1-027392, employees were exposed to electrocution hazards because each qualified employee was not competent in the recognition of electrical hazards and the necessary steps were not taken to ensure hazards were addressed during the performance of electrical related work activities.
