29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(A): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator will be authorized to operate: (a) On or about 8/23/2021 and at times prior - 282 Fieldstone Rd, Oneonta, AL 35121, in the Truck Yard, employees were exposed to caught between hazards when connecting the Kalmar Ottawa Terminal Tractor, S/N 212209, a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), at the fifth wheel with trailers because the employer did not provide initial training in operating instructions, warnings, and precautions for the types of truck the operator will be authorized to operate.
