29 CFR 1910.119(f)(1): The employer did not develop and implement written operating procedures that provide clear instructions for safely conducting activities involved in each covered process. On or about August 9th, 2021, and at times prior thereto, oil draining written procedures for covered process equipment did not contain instructions for the proper personal protective equipment used during this operation. Employees are exposed to hazards associated with ammonia exposure.
