29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) On or about July 7, 2021, an employee was hospitalized due to a heat-related illness sustained while completing the Physical Abilities Test (PAT). The employer did not report the work-related hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on August 17, 2021.
