1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available: On or about August 11, 2021, and at times prior thereto, during delivery driver routes, when medical facility for treatment of injured employees was not available in near proximity, the employer did not have a person or persons trained to understand and render first aid treatment or ensure other medical treatment was available/utilized for all injured employees.
