29 CFR 1926.452(w)(1): Mobile scaffolds were not plumb, level, and squared: (a) Jobsite: On or about 08/20/2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards from operating a scissor lift with outriggers not set on a firm footing, causing them to sink into the soil, creating the potential for a collapse of the scissor lift at an approximate height of 25 feet.
