29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5):The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures were not permanent, continuous, and effective: Drilling Site: On or about August 11, 2021, the crew quarters were not properly grounded to earth. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards in the following instances; 1) Trailer #3352131655 (#11213) was not grounded. 2) Trailer #352130649 (#11113) was not grounded. 3) Trailer # 35221250 (#11844) was not grounded. Oil Patch Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1224641 citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lease Covington 46sec Block 57T1, Well 10H, Orla, TX 79770.
