29 CFR 1926.652(e)(1)(iii): Individual members of support systems shall not be subjected to loads exceeding those which those members were designed to withstand: (a) On or about 08/06/2021 - 510 Russet Valley Circle, Hoover, AL, an individual member of a support system was subjected to a load in excess of that for which it was designed, exposing an employee to a potential cave-in hazard when working in a trench nine-to-10 feet deep and 12-feet long by six-feet wide.
