29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 8 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 10 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing full body harnesses that were not attached to anchor points with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 08/11/21.
