29 CFR 1910.145(c)(1)(ii) All employees shall be instructed that danger signs indicate immediate danger and that special precautions are necessary. a) The employer did not affix a danger sign to the door of the Clamping Mold Machine Southeast, Work Center (WC) #3714, Asset #2119 on August 10, 2021 instructing employees that the glass window cover located in the interlocked door to the machine was to be closed and latched at all times when the mold machine was energized.
