29 CFR 1910.263(e)(1)(v)(b):Prevent the agitator from being started, while the bowl is more than one-fifth open, without engaging both hands of the operator; On or about August 11, 2021, and times prior to, employees were exposed to amputation, laceration hazards when using hands to remove masa from the masa tumbler while it was operating in the tortilla department. The Fiesta Mart #59 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.263(e)(1)(v)(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461063, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 2, 2020. with respect to a workplace located at 1200 E Parker Rd, Plano TX 75075.
