29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i):The employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit tests administered to an employee which included the information required by 29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(A) through (m)(2)(i)(E): (a) Hilltop Nursing, A Genesis Health Care Center located at 152 Saddle Shop Road Hilltop WV, 25855: On or about August 9, 2021, the employer did not establish a record of the qualitative and quantitative fit test administered to an employee which included the information required by ( 29 CFR 1910.134(m)(2)(i)(A) through (m)(2)(i)(E). The employer required employees to wear respirators throughout their shifts while exposed to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
