29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): After the load has been raised, it shall be cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured at once. a. On or about August 02, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that the Toyota Forklift Truck, S/N 72144, Model: 7FGCU18 was cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured once it was raised. An employee was crushed when the forklift fell after it was raised as a result.
