29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: (a) Refrigerated Warehouse, inside the freezer at the B-South Freezer Door - On or about October 5, 2021, the employer failed to prevent icing in a floor area adjacent to the B-South Freezer Door, exposing employees to a slipping hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
