The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. a) On or about July 31, 2021 and at times prior thereto and times after, the employer did not ensure that each floor on work area(s) was maintained in a dry condition when an air condition pipe was leaking water to the floor at a walking path between the Molding area and the area b exposing employee(s) to slip hazard(s). b) On or about July 31, 2021 and at times prior thereto and times after, the employer did not ensure that each floor on work area(s) was maintained in a dry condition when a molding machine was leaking oil to the ground exposing employee(s) to slip hazard(s).
