29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Morgantown WV, Store #249, climate-controlled storage area - On or about 7/28/2021 and at times prior, an egress route from the north end of the climate-controlled storage area was obstructed by materials stored in the main warehouse area, exposing employees to fire hazards. ABC Supply Co. Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1446850, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/13/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 917 Meridian Street N, Huntsville, AL 35801.
