29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Location - 810 Main Street, Cambridge, MA. On or about July 28, 2021, an employee was in a scissor lift, that could not get close to work area and an employee was reaching over the railing of the basket and fell to lower level.
