29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 115 Beaman Gates Drive, Lot 273, Pataskala, Ohio 43062: On or about July 27, 2021, the employer failed to maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected onsite while employees performed framing work. Clarence M. Brigner III was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481704, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/17/2020, with respect to a workplace located at Shelter Cove Drive, Pataskala, Ohio 43062. Clarence M.
