29 CFR 1910.37(a)(1): Exit routes were not kept free of explosive or highly flammable furnishings or other decorations: On or about July 27, 2021 Buffalo Corporation located at 950 Hoff Road, O'Fallon, Missouri, stored or positioned flammable liquids, flammable aerosol paint cans, and a liquefied petroleum compressed gas cylinder along the exit route on the Southwest corner of the Warehouse building.
