OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. (a) 1997 Bayliner Ciera 2355 (serial # USDA07SJF697) - On or about July 23, 2021 and at times prior thereto, Sundance Mfg. Inc. did not provide a place of employment free from recognized hazards in that employee(s) were exposed to fire and explosion when starting the engine(s) to move vessels and boats. NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
