29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. Between mile marker 6 and 10, HWY 64, Lone Mountain Trail, Big Sky, MT: On or about July 26, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to cave in hazards while hand digging concrete piers foundations without adequate training in the recognition of excavation hazards and the means to control these hazards.
