29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii):Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and/or the maximum intervals between tests were not conducted in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. On or about July 14, 2021, electrical protective equipment was not subject to periodic electric tests, exposing employees to electrical hazards associated with voltage rated gloves that were not tested in accordance with tables I4 and I5. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
