29 CFR 1910.266(h)(5)(i): During yarding, logs were moved before each employee was in the clear. (a) West Scriver Creek Sale, Unit 27: On or about July 20, 2021, while using a Thunderbird (TMY50) for cable yarding logs, hookers/choker setters were within 15 to 20 feet of the skyline and hooked logs which were up to 33 feet in length. Note: Certification and supporting documentation as evidence of abatement are required for this item.
