29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about June 8, 2021, at the winder deck, employees engaged in paper manufacturing were exposed to slip and fall hazards in that scraps of excess paper accumulated on the walking/working surfaces around the winder deck work area.
