29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi):A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas are being used on the jobsite: 2 Janet Circle., Shrewsbury, MA: On or about July 21, 2021, employees were observed working on a job site with more than 5 gallons of gasoline in containers to fuel their generators, and there was no fire extinguisher on site or in their vehicles. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
