29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not constructed in accordance with the design by a qualified person: a) Brilliant Building & Design LLC worksite located at 98 US Highway 46, Budd Lake, NJ The scaffolds were not constructed by a qualified person. The scaffolds were missing cross braces and fall protection, had incomplete planking, and were erected on unstable footing exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet. Violation occurred on or about 07/15/2021.
