29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2) (2) The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. (a) On or about August 4, 2021, at the worksite located at 714 E. Keefe Ave, Milwaukee WI, the employer did not, to the extent feasible, ensure that the floors of the molding department, the warehouse area, and the boiler room were kept in a dry condition and also did not ensure that the floors of the workplace were free of tripping hazards.
