29 CFR 1910.177(g)(6):Tires on single piece rim wheels were not contained within a restraining device, positioned behind a barrier or bolted on the vehicle with the lug nuts fully tightened during tire inflation: a) Carbon Equipment Repair, Inc. Shop: On or about July 7, 2021 and at times prior employees were exposed to struck by projectile hazards while inflating an unsecured, tubed implement pivot tire on the shop floor.
