OSHA ACT of Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious harm to employees: exposed to being struck by and /or crushed by automotive lifts: a) a) RSE-PB-Line 12 Moulding � When replacing the de-moulder vacuum plate, employees did not have control of the energy to the conveyor that was feeding the de-moulder, on or about June 30, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
