29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l): a) Miller Family Construction, LLC, located at site location 1005 Somerset Drive, Perrysburg, Ohio, on or about July 2, 2021: The employer did not ensure employees were trained to operate the G6 Tele handler used to lift building materials and employees performing framing activities from the platform. Employees in this condition were exposed to a falls of approximately 23 feet.
