29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve. Employee is exposed to respiratory health hazards. Employer provided 3M half-face respirator to employee for voluntary use while performing concrete mix manufacturing activities at manufacturing area. Employer did not ensure employee was properly storing respirator. Respirator was stored on employee's bench area with no plastic bag and it contain visible concrete material inside of it.
