29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. On or about June 24, 2021, during the installation of framing material at a job site located at 2040 Ventura Cir SE, Massillon, Ohio 44646; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a multi-unit storage facility were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing framing material.
