29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about June 25, 2021, located at 161 Shaleridge Dr, Pataskala, OH 43062, the employer did not ensure that employees involved in roofing activities on a two-story, single family home were protected against fall hazards. Four employees were installing roofing felt paper on the roof without fall protection, thereby exposing them to fall hazards greater than 10 feet. A&E Roofing Rubber LLC was previously cited for a willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357646, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 300 Mulberry Avenue, Pomeroy, OH 45769.
