29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): 29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. On or about June 27, 2021, employees were not trained in the use of fall protection systems prior to being exposed to fall hazards. Employees operating or traveling in an aerial lift were not trained on fall hazards prior to using the piece of equipment. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
