29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) Location - Storage Room On or about 6/24/21, the employer did not maintain the minimum width requirement for an exit route at all points. Boxes of product projected into the exit route in the storage room. Mass Fine Wine & Sprits LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a) (3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1357573, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/22/2019, with respect to a workplace located at, 100 Independence way Danvers, MA.
