29 CFR 1910.29(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that guardrail systems are capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied in a downward or outward direction within 2 inches (5 cm) of the top edge, at any point along the top rail: a) Plant #2 - Employees working on the mezzanine were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately ten (10) feet from a guardrail system that was not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds, on or about June 14, 2021.
