29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: (a) 107 Can Line: On or prior to 6/16/21, interlocked barrier guards and safety circuit on the Standun B-5 body maker were not designed and constructed to prevent the operator from placing any part of their body into the domer/tooling access door, exposing the operator to amputation hazards while the machine was in operation.
