29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): JOB SITE: 360 M.E. Frick Drive, Washington, MO 63090, on or about 6/22/2021, the employer failed to ensure employees were protected from amputation hazards, associated with the AEW Engineering Company bandsaws. There were multiple bandsaws without any form of guards being used in the meat cutter section of the production area. The workers were exposed to an amputation hazards.
