29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employement and a place of employement which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a) Service Center: On or about June 22, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards while working around automotive lifts (Rotary, model: P09-200 Ser.# AFL97A0148) in that the lifts were not inspected weekly during use to ensure that they were properly maintained and functional. b) Service Center: On or about June 22, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards while working around automotive lifts (Rotary, model: SpOA9-200 Ser.# SPA00A2995) in that the lifts were not inspected weekly during use to ensure that they were properly maintained and functional. c) Service Center: On or about June 22, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards while working around automotive lifts (Rotary, model: SPOA10N700 Ser.# CR208E0073) in that the lifts were not inspected weekly during use to ensure that they were properly maintained and functional. d) Service Center: On or about June 22, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards while working around automotive lifts (Rotary, model: SPOA9-200 Ser.# SPA00A3047) in that the lifts were not inspected weekly during use to ensure that they were properly maintained and functional. e) Service Center: On or about June 22, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards while working around automotive lifts (Rotary, model: SPOA9-200 Ser.# SPA00A2996) in that the lifts were not inspected weekly during use to ensure that they were properly maintained and functional. f) Service Center: On or about June 22, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards while working around automotive lifts (Hunter Rack, model: L421-14000 Ser.# HP6452) in that the lifts were not inspected weekly during use to ensure that they were properly maintained and functional.
