OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught-in-between hazards: On or about June 16, 2021, at the Hard Rock Stadium parking area, located at 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens, Florida, employees were exposed to caught-in and crushing hazards when standing on the base of the tree boom attachment of a John Deere 544L wheeled loader.
