29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Worksite, 165 Shore Rd., Glenwood Landing, NY- The employer did not have a competent person inspect the worksite where employees were engaged in iron framing work; on or about 6/15/2021.
