29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 447 Production, Rack Shaping, Koenig: The employer did not ensure specific detailed procedures were utilized to shut down the machine and it's components while employees cleaned areas of the machine that contacts dough or may accumulate food residues, including but not limited to rotating forming drums, finger belts, various rollers, and conveyor belts. This exposed employees to the hazard of being caught by an in running nip point on or about June 11, 2021.
